Evergreen Products London Ltd is operated by former Eton College head chef Dominic Brookes. Dom has a wide and varied background in the catering industry spanning over 20 years. Starting with a stint in the Royal Air Force he has worked at senior level throughout his career, notably as head of food production for the North London NHS Trust. In 2002 he gained a bachelor's degree in culinary arts management and still holds the title of Master Craftsman with the Craft Guild of Chef's.

Dominic's most recent Catering post, was lecturing at the Farnborough College of Technology.

Furthermore, we are regulated through OFQUAL. The RSPH is widely recognised for its high level of quality assurance, stability and expertise. Evergreen facilitate courses through both the RSPH and the CIEH.
